NEW: A Definitive Look at Oneness Theology: Defending the Tri-Unity of God (by Edward L. Dalcour, University Press, 2005)
Oneness Pentecostals and other Oneness (i.e., Jesus Only) groups make up one of the largest and fastest growing anti-Trinitarian non-Christian constructs world-wide
A Definitive Look at Oneness Theology critically examines the claims of Oneness theology in light if biblical exegesis. It provides an exegetical refutation to chief Oneness theological assertions, such as the notion that (a) God is unipersonal (i.e., monotheism equals unipersonalism), (b) Jesus is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, (c) the Son did not exist before Bethlehem, (d) the Son is not God, (e) the Son did not become flesh, (f) one must be water baptized (In the name of Jesus) in order to be saved. This book also provides a positive presentation of the doctrine of the Trinity (ontological, economical, and soteriological). Further, this book deals with the common objections and attacks against the doctrine of the Trinity and provides a biblical and logical refutation against the anti-Trinitarian assertions made by UPCI writer and teacher David Bernard in his book, The Oneness of God. This much needed book clearly demonstrates that Oneness theology is not consistent with historic biblical Christianity. This book will show that fundamental biblical doctrines such as the Incarnation, Substitutionary Atonement, and of course, Justification are necessarily dependent on the fact that God is tri-personal. Clearly and exegetically this book affirms the biblical presentation of God existing as three coequal, coeternal, and coexistent distinct Persons or Selves. In the end, Oneness theology rejects the Trinity and hence rejects the Person of the Son, Christ Jesus, by removing Him from the Godhead (1 John 2:23). These points above are plainly established in an explicit format. Get it here click Reviews for more thrn below ><>
...Let me be blunt, without faith in the true God of Holy Scripture, one cannot have salvation. Edward Dalcour has done the Christian church a great service through his book A Definitive Look at Oneness Theology: Defending the Tri-Unity of God. With his exegetical skills of the Holy Scriptures, vast knowledge of the topic, and immense passion for the subject, Dalcour clearly demonstrates who the one true God of the Bible is. Every apologetic group, pastor, and Bible teacher ought to have this book and a working knowledge of this subject. Timothy D. Oliver, Director, Christian Soldiers Ministries

Arnold Murray denies the doctrine of the Trinity (those with discernment see his counterfeit godhead...), he teaches Satan had literal sex with Eve, and from that conception comes Cain (Gen. 4:1 refutes that false claim) and the Kenites, he teaches that there was a previous earth age, and the heresies just continue like a snowball rolling down a hill...there is more excellent information on Arnold Murray @ http://www.carm.org/shepherds_chapel.htm
What is the Jesus Seminar? And who are the Fellows?
As the Jesus Seminar continues the attempt to undermine the historicity and validity of the Biblical facts, they also set forth a false dichotomy (something with seemingly contradictory qualities, Webster's), endeavoring to set the Jesus of faith in opposition to the Jesus of history (as if there is a difference when the justifiable evidence is presented).
Warning, Warning, Warning...!
Harold Camping (now clearly a bonifide HERETIC) is teaching doctrines of demons: "God is done with the Church era." With the recent release of his new book "Time Has An End," it seems to me the next step is "The Harold Camping Cult: Will the Kool-Aid be Next?," here is where to get up to date information on this vital and timely subject: www.familyradioiswrong.com
"The prudent see danger and seek refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it" (Proverbs 27:12 NIV).

"Dangerous Airwaves"
Harold Camping is seeing things in Scripture that "no one has ever seen before." Namely, that God is pouring out His wrath on the churches and that, indeed, God has eliminated the church as an institution for the teaching of the saints and the evangelization of the lost! James R. White takes on Mr. Camping and his heretical biblical interpretations

Answering the Allegations of KJV Only Advocates
King James Version Only advocates argue that all modern translations of the New Testament are based on Greek manuscripts that contain intentional doctrinal corruptions. However, an examination of the most important manuscripts underlying these translations demonstrates that such charges are based more upon prejudice than fact. The papyri finds of the last century, together with the great uncial texts from the fourth and fifth centuries A.D., do not deprecate the deity of Christ, the Trinity, or salvation by grace through faith...

The Council of Nicea is often misrepresented by cults and other religious movements....
...The actual concern of the council was clearly and unambiguously the relationship between the Father and the Son. Is Christ a creature, or true God? The council said He was true God. Yet, the opponents of the deity of Christ did not simply give up after the councils decision. In fact, they almost succeeded in overturning the Nicene affirmation of Christs deity. But faithful Christians like Athanasius continued to defend the truth, and in the end, truth triumphed over error.

WE know very little about Jabez, except that he was more honorable than his brethren, and that he was called Jabez because his mother bare him with sorrow. It will sometimes happen that where there is the most sorrow in the antecedents, there will be the most pleasure in the sequel.
I would like to speak to you today about the importance of the use of literature in the church, for evangelism, for instruction in Christian truth, for devotion, and for its role in planting churches.
Jesus Christ said, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (Jn 3:3)
It is not enough to reply, "I belong to the church; I suppose I'm a Christian." Thousands of nominal Christians show none of the signs of being born again which the Scriptures have given us; many listed in the First Epistle of John.
"And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life" --John 5:40
THIS IS ONE OF THE GREAT GUNS OF THE Arminians, mounted upon the top of their walls, and often discharged with terrible noise against the poor Christians called Calvinists. I intend to spike the gun this morning, or, rather, to turn it on the enemy, for it was never theirs; it was never cast at their foundry at all, but was intended to teach the very opposite doctrine to that which they assert.
